I am a Psychiatrist, Psychotherapist, and Life and Executive coach

My concierge-level services are unique to any traditional psychiatrist or coaching models out there. Working together, I’ll prioritize creating a safe emotional space for you, meeting you where you’re at, and partnering with you to create a better life.

I understand your struggle

As someone who has experienced and successfully healed from my own trauma history, I understand what it is like to experience adversity in life and how hard it can be to work to through. This is why I lead by example and walk my talk.

My love of meeting and making meaningful connections with others around me has always given me joy and purpose.

I’ve always thought of people as naturally resourceful, creative, and whole, and I love learning about what has brought them to where they are now.
